We ordered a motor-home with a booster and a baby car-seat. They gave us two boosters. When we insisted that this is not safe for our 9-kilos baby, they went to buy a baby car-seat because they didn't bother themselves to get one in advance. No respect for their clients' time! The chair did not match the van, so we had to spend the week without a table with the table laying upside-down inside the van between our legs!!! It didn't occur to them that they should switch us to a motor-home that fits our needs and the chair... Later that night we realized that the top bed could not open with the chair installed, so we had to un-install it every night and re-install it every morning. Their service is the worst I have ever seen. These guys are rude and arrogant. Also, the motor-home can only be picked up after 3pm, and it took the guy three (!) hours to walk us through the van. Despite the lengthiest explanations, he failed to explain the most basic and important things. So we wasted half a day at pick-up, and another half day when we returned it, when they also tried to skim off 150 Euros as a cleaning fee because they thought the van wasn't cleaned enough, after asking us to clean it for over an hour (needless to say they did not provide cleaning tools with the rental, nor did they mention the requirement to return the vehicle spotless clean). Lastly, tourists from different countries, be aware that when you call them, the answering machine is not in English!

It’s far from the public transport and it’s only for those have cars. It’s very expensive however I like these kind of shops. Unfortunately you can’t see the staff easily if you have any question!

One room is clothing, footwear and large camping items and the room beside it is for smaller items and parts for motorhome and caravans. Reasonably priced. Of course motorhome parts can be expensive anyway. Outside Hymer and Burstner motorhomes that the company rent are on display. Staff are friendly and helpful. Not all items on the shelves are priced so you need to check with a staff member.
